The 15.6 inch LCD module is the proven choice for equipment that must stay readable outdoors. The DW1560B6Y1 pairs a Full HD 1920×1080 display with 1000 nits(up to 1500nits) high brightness — roughly 2–3× the output of a standard industrial panel — so text, charts and QR codes remain clearly visible under direct sunlight, without hoods or angled mounts.
It is designed for 24/7 industrial duty: an LVDS interface for stable signal transmission, all-direction viewing for terminals rarely viewed head-on, and a wide temperature range of -20°C to +70°C(up to -40°C ~ +85°C) for unheated and outdoor installations. This is not a consumer panel repackaged.

Standard displays (250–400 nits) wash out under direct sunlight. At 1000 nits, this 15.6 inch LCD module keeps the interface crisp in outdoor kiosks, EV charging stations, warehouse floors and bright storefronts — eliminating the most common field complaint: "screen unreadable in daylight."
Full HD resolution on a 15.6" screen delivers dense, readable detail: machine schematics, charging status, QR codes and payment interfaces all stay sharp. 16.7M colors (8-bit) with a 69% NTSC color gamut (typ.) provide accurate graphics and text.
The DW1560B6Y1 uses a dual-channel 8-bit LVDS interface (40-pin I-PEX connector). LVDS transmits data over twisted pairs with low-voltage differential signaling, which rejects electrical noise by design — important in power cabinets and motor-driven environments. It also supports longer cable runs, so the controller board can sit deep inside the cabinet while the display mounts on the door. LVDS is the standard interface on most industrial x86/ARM platforms.
Outdoor terminals and industrial machines are rarely viewed head-on. This module is specified for all viewing directions, so the image stays consistent whether the operator stands in front, beside or above the terminal.
Consumer-grade LCDs slow down, darken and fail below 0°C. The DW1560B6Y1 is rated -20°C ~ +70°C operating and -30°C ~ +80°C storage — covering cold storage docks, unshaded enclosures in summer, and heat-soaked factory floors with a single SKU.
