The 3.5 inch TFT module is the practical choice for products that need a compact, sunlight-readable display with full-angle viewing and responsive touch. The PV035HV-CIC50011-CO pairs a 320×480 IPS panel at 850 cd/m² typical brightness with an integrated GT911 capacitive touch screen — so the UI stays crisp under bright light and from any angle, without adding a separate touch controller to your BOM.


It is designed for OEM integration: an ILI9488 driver with 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, 3/4-line SPI and 16/18-bit RGB interfaces for MCU-based designs, a wide temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, and a compact LCD + CTP stack (5.11 mm typical total thickness) with steel-plate FPC reinforcement and flat-FPC shipping for easy handling. This is not a bare display repackaged — it is an integrated LCD + touch module on a single FPC.

Standard 3.5" modules ship at 250–350 cd/m² and wash out under bright ambient light or glare. The PV035HV-CIC50011-CO is specified at 850 cd/m² (typ.) out of the box — a brightness tier that usually requires custom backlight engineering, extra lead time and large MOQs. With its 0.55 mm tempered-glass cover, the UI stays legible at bright windows, in kitchens, on handhelds in the field, and inside semi-outdoor housings such as charging pedestals. Need more headroom? Extended high-brightness tuning up to ~1000 cd/m² is available on request.


IPS Full Viewing Angle — Readable From Every Angle

Standard panels wash out and flip contrast off-axis. This module is specified with full viewing angle (ALL directions), so the UI stays consistent whether the terminal is wall-mounted, angled on a counter, or read by several people at once. Orientation is flexible — portrait or landscape — without redesigning the module.


Integrated Capacitive Touch — Smartphone Feel, One FPC

The G+G structure pairs a 0.55 mm tempered cover lens (≥6H hardness, ≥80% transmittance) with a GT911 controller in a COF package. Because LCD and touch share one FPC with the driver chipset, your mainboard saves a connector and your assembly line saves a handling step. A clean black silk-screen border frames the active area for straightforward product

320×480 in 262K colors delivers menus, icons and data readouts with room to breathe on a 3.5" screen. Drive it over 8/9/16/18-bit parallel 8080-MCU, 3/4-line SPI, or 16/18-bit RGB — no video bridge and no application processor required. ILI9488 is one of the best-documented drivers in the Arduino / ESP32 / STM32 ecosystem, so validation cycles stay short. Need MIPI? Interface conversion is available as a customization.

Wide Temperature Range — Works Where Standard Panels Struggle

The LCD is rated -20°C ~ +70°C operating and -30°C ~ +80°C storage, while the touch panel is rated -10°C ~ +60°C (≤85% RH). One SKU covers appliance enclosures, unheated installations and humid environments — no derating guesswork at the design review.

Built for OEM Integration

A 5.11 mm LCD + CTP stack (typ.), steel-plate FPC reinforcement (SUS201), and an FPC shipped flat/unfolded for easy handling keep integration predictable on your line. The 50-pin 0.5 mm-pitch FPC matches the common footprint of this panel family. Options: extended brightness (~1000 cd/m²), cover-glass shape / silk-screen / hole cutting, interface conversion (incl. Q1: Why choose an IPS panel for a 3.5 inch display module?

A: IPS delivers full viewing angle (specified ALL directions) with stable colors and contrast from any position — essential for wall-mounted panels, angled terminals and shared displays where TN panels wash out off-axis.


Q2: Is this display readable in direct sunlight?

A: Yes. 850 cd/m² typical brightness is built in as the standard configuration — a sunlight-readable tier for a 3.5" module without custom backlight work. If your product sits in full direct sun for hours, an extended version up to ~1000 cd/m² is available; tell us your ambient-light conditions and we will size the right tier.


Q3: Can I get an even higher brightness version?

A: Yes. High-brightness tuning up to ~1000 cd/m² can be customized, including backlight and optical adjustment (MOQ 500 pcs).


Q4: Will the interface work with my mainboard?

A: The standard module supports 8/9/16/18-bit MCU, 3/4-line SPI and 16/18-bit RGB — the most common MCU interfaces. If your board needs MIPI, we can convert the interface; send your pin map and we will confirm feasibility.


Q5: What are the MOQ and lead time?

A: MOQ is 1 piece for evaluation; standard lead time is ~31 days for 1–10,000 pcs. Larger programs are quoted individually. (Please confirm current pricing, MOQ and lead time with your Kingtech contact before publishing.)


Q6: Does it work in cold or humid environments?

A: The LCD operates from -20°C to +70°C and stores from -30°C to +80°C; the touch panel is rated -10°C ~ +60°C, ≤85% RH. LCD response time slows near the low end of the range — normal TFT behavior, not a defect.
