Flush installation is suitable for small and medium LCD screens. Because the space of the device is very small, in order not to take up space, an area of the same size is dug out on the wall according to the size of the LCD screen, and the LCD screen is embedded in the wall. The wall must be solid.
When the lcd module is installed on site, the embedded structure is suitable for display projects that have been incorporated into the architectural planning and design, and the display installation space is reserved in advance during civil construction. When the installation was carried out, only the steel structure of the display was fabricated, the display was embedded in the walls of the building, and a satisfactory protective space was left on the back.
Suspended installation is most suitable for large places such as stations and airports. Where a suitable device is required, such as an upper beam or beam, the back cover is usually added to the screen. Ordinary hanging is suitable for a single box of display screens with a total weight of less than 50 kg, and can be directly hung on the load-bearing wall without reserve maintenance space. The lcd module box adopts the front protection design, and the display screen can be lifted from the bottom during maintenance.
The lcd module installed on the floor is usually used on the floor advertising display machine. It can be fixed on the ground or not, and can be placed directly on the ground, which is convenient to adjust the position at any time, but it will also bring some adverse consequences. For example, it may be dislodged or even broken due to accidental impact.
The LCD screen is a fragile glass product. Any drop, impact and strong vibration may cause the glass to break. It is strictly forbidden to press hard on the LCD module. When installing, do not squeeze the LCD screen and frame, but pay attention to the overall flatness of the LCD screen to avoid bending deformation caused by external force. Since the visual characteristics of the LCD screen will change with different viewing angles, the user's appropriate viewing angle should be fully considered during assembly, and the optimal viewing angle position of the LCD screen should be adjusted.
