This current is flowing out of the four electrodes on the touch screen, and the current flowing through these four electrodes is proportional to the distance from the finger to the four corners. The controller calculates the precise proportions of the four currents to determine the position of the touch point.
Previous LCD touch screens had technical problems such as low resolution and limitation in touch methods. However, with the continuous development of display technology, the transmittance and resolution of LCD touch displays have significantly improved. Currently, a resolution of 1080*1920 or even higher can be achieved.
